Titolo Progetto: Regusto – Buono fino in fondo
Il progetto si propone di contrastare lo spreco alimentare e favorire il recupero e la redistribuzione delle eccedenze alimentari e rispondere in modo concreto alle esigenze delle fasce più deboli.
Il progetto ha visto l’apertura della sede operativa a Torino, come base di sviluppo dell’APP Regusto e l’implementazione della piattaforma “Regusto”, la piattaforma di sharing for charity basata su tecnologia blockchain (innovativa a livello nazionale ed europeo), per connettere le aziende con le charity agevolando lo scambio di stock di prodotti a rischio spreco/invenduto.
Grazie alla blockchain integrata è possibile il monitoraggio costante degli impatti generati a livello sociale e ambientale, accanto alla digitalizzazione e rendicontazione di tutti i flussi economici e di prodotto, richiesti da aziende, enti non-profit e Pubbliche Amministrazioni.

Project Title: Regusto – Good all the way
The project aims to combat food waste and promote the recovery and redistribution of food surpluses and respond in a concrete way to the needs of the most vulnerable.
The project saw the opening of the operational headquarters in Turin, as a development of the Regusto APP and the implementation of the “Regusto” platform, the sharing for charity platform based on blockchain technology (innovative at national and European level), to connect companies with charities by facilitating the exchange of stocks of products at risk of being wasted / unsold.
Thanks to the integrated blockchain it is possible to constantly monitor the impacts generated on a social and environmental level, alongside the digitization and reporting of all economic and product flows, required by companies, non-profit organizations and public administrations.

Azione 1.4.1 “Living Lab” nei capoluoghi di Provincia di Perugia e Terni
“Sostegno all’individuazione di soluzioni innovative a specifici problemi di rilevanza sociale attraverso l’utilizzo di ambienti di innovazione aperta LivingLAB”
Titolo progetto: RIS Reti Integrate di Solidarietà.
Il principale obiettivo del progetto RIS era quello di agire in maniera efficace e integrata a diversi livelli della filiera, favorendo la creazione di reti virtuose di recupero territoriali. L’obiettivo è stato raggiunto sfruttando tutto il potenziale della piattaforma Regusto che è stata implementata anche per il recupero dei farmaci e per il monitoraggio degli impatti sociali e ambientali generati attraverso specifici indicatori di impatto elaborati in collaborazione con l’Università di Perugia (Dipartimento di Ingegneria Civile e Ambientale).

“Support for the identification of innovative solutions to specific problems of social relevance through the use of open innovation environments LivingLAB”
Project title: RIS Integrated Solidarity Networks.
The main objective of the RIS project was to act effectively and in an integrated way at different levels of the supply chain, fostering the creation of virtuous networks of territorial recovery. The objective was achieved by exploiting the full potential of the Regusto platform, which was also implemented for drug recovery and for monitoring the social and environmental impacts generated through specific impact indicators developed in collaboration with the University of Perugia (Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering).
